Mark is the President and Owner of STATZ Corporation (Jan 2020 to Present)
Mark is a retired Army 1SG and Disabled Veteran with more than 20 years as a Cavalry Scout and Paratrooper with several deployments worldwide. Mark’s education includes an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Columbia Southern University and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova. Mark’s career in management, leadership and supply chain management/development will prove invaluable to our customers, suppliers and the STATZ Corporation Team. Mark wants STATZ to be all about the Warfighters and takes STATZ’s mission seriously for our great nation.
The Contract Administration Team is on the front line of every contract STATZ Corporation enters with the U.S. Government. This team is highly skilled team and is an integral part of the communications between the government agencies and our suppliers.
Chad Fuller, Contract Manager
Chad is a retired Army 1SG and Disabled Veteran of more than 20 years as an Infantryman and Paratrooper with several deployments worldwide. These deployments have given Chad a unique insight into the needs of the WarFighters and the motivation to see things through.
Barb Pearsall, Contract Manager
Barb has an associate degree in Computer Science from Western Wisconsin College and a master certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The degree and certificate, along with her work experience in healthcare contracts and budgeting, has allowed Barb to truly make a difference.
The Finance and Accounting Team plays an important role for STATZ Corporation that keeps the machine moving. This department handles government financial matters, supplier payments, WAWF and VSM for the entire team.

Jennifer Nolan — HR and Accounting
Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Minnesota. Since starting with STATZ in 2019, Jenny has gained experience in shipment processing, contract administration, and accounting duties. With 25+ years of administrative experience, Jenny’s efficiency and attention to detail help the STATZ team stay organized and on track.
Dion Mani — IT Specialist
Dion is a retired Sergeant First Class and Disabled Veteran that served over 21 years of combined Active Duty and Army National Guard (AGR). Dion has certificates in CNC Robotics in Manufacturing and has 18 years of experience in the Computer Information Systems.

Cori McNicol — Shipping/VSM/WAWF
Cori has 20+ years of experience in administration duties and data entry in the construction industry. Her experience, efficiency and attention to detail has been a great addition to the STATZ team.
The sales and packaging team is the group that creates opportunities for STATZ Corporation and generates Request for Quotes to our suppliers. The work that is accomplished here has continued to allow STAZ Corporation to grow.
Erica Norman, Procurement Lead
Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lakeland University and applies her background to drive efficient procurement practices that align with organizational goals. Erica enjoys producing creative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers and plays a key role in ensuring that STATZ delivers high-quality, mission-critical support to the Warfighters. With a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement, she helps bridge the gap between operations and outcomes.
Tessa Komp, Procurement Assistant 
With a background in procurement operations and logistics, Tessa is skilled in verifying NSN/CAGE code data, preparing bids accurately and quickly, and streamlining supplier communication. Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with certificates in Development Economics and Political Economy, Philosophy, and Politics, she brings strong analytical skills and attention to detail that help ensure efficient, compliant solutions for STATZ customers and Warfighters.
Jennifer Cutsinger, Procurement Assistant
Jennifer brings a strong background in both construction and healthcare administration, with experience supporting project teams, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance in fast-paced environments. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, she excels in organizing records, streamlining workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams with precision.
